God is not the destruction because he is the beginning and the end. But of a truth everything begins and ends in God but that doesn't mean He is the destruction. Its the devil that is tagged with destruction
John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
So the end of life is just to update his work and then end mortality in other to begin immortality.
God ends a thing in other to begin a better one.
