The number of new crypto-currency brokers is growing rapidly around the world. According to an article published by Bitcoin News, a news agency specializing in the crypto universe, four exchanges were recently launched in South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.
Not long ago, South Korean game developer Axia Soft Co. Ltd. launched a crypto-currency exchange called Coinbit. At its launch, the exchange is offering zero commission rates until the end of May.
Coinbit says that 50 crypto-coins will be listed initially and more than 100 others will be listed by the end of the year. Among the supported crypto-coins are bitcoin, ethereum, ripple, bitcoin cash, ethereum classic, litecoin, waves, stox, eos, vechain, omisego, qtum and neo.
Recently, the Jibex exchange opened its doors in Thailand. The brokerage firm is supported by TI J.I.B. Computer Group Co. Ltd, a distributor and seller of computer and IT trade products with 150 stores nationwide.
Initially, only five crypto-coins will be supported: bitcoin, bitcoin cash, ethereum, litecoin and ripple. However, according to Thuntee Sukchotrat, CEO of Jibex, more options will be added in the future. The exchange also offers a wallet that supports these five criptomoedas.
For the launch, Jibex is dispensing its commission of 0.24%. No negotiation fee will be charged for 45 days ending June 26.
Thantharaksuk Chotirat, President of Jibex, commented:
"THE PARTNERSHIP WITH J.I.B. COMPUTER GROUP (JIB) WILL GIVE TRANQUILITY TO USERS AND TRUST IN YOUR INVESTMENTS. THE SERVICE IS GOOD, FAST AND ATTENTION TO ALL THE NEEDS OF CUSTOMERS. "
The Kenniex exchange was recently launched in Vietnam, based in Ho Chi Minh City.
The crypto-currencies brokerage claims to be "the first exchange of crypto-coins in Vietnam and the first e-money trading platform in Vietnam to have a trading office where investors can experience their services as well as receive effective investment advice," according to its website.
Currently, clients can currently convert bitcoin and ether into VND and vice versa. The transaction fee is generally 0.4% but was reduced to 0.2% in the first month of launch (May), according to local media.
While Coinbit, Jibex and Kenniex have already been launched, this next brokerage is not yet. South Korean blockchain technology and services company Glosfer and Coinvil have agreed to collaborate to build and launch an exchange of crypto-coins in the Philippines. Glosfer will build the platform while Coinvil will operate the brokerage house. Park Rae-hyun, CEO of Coinvil commented:
"THE PHILIPPINES WILL BECOME THE BIGGEST TRADE MARKET FOR CRYPTOMOIDS THAT CONNECTS EUROPE AND ASIA."
