How to make a brownie or other sponge

make corn nuggets

minced chicken meat
1 piece of corn puree
carrot, fine grated sec
onions, finely chopped
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp cornstarch

Ground spices :
3 cloves of garlic

2 egg whites
3 tablespoons of wheat flour

Step
Mix all ingredients and fine spices. Stir until well blended.

Prepare a baking sheet that has been smeared vegetable oil

Pour the nuggets dough into the pan. Flatten and solidify.

Enter into a preheated steamer. Steam for 30 minutes until done. Lift and chill.

Once cool, remove from the pan then cut to taste.

Roll one by one pieces of nuggets into the flour, then dip into the egg whites, and roll them into bread until wrapped flat.

Fry in hot oil and plenty until brownish yellow. Lift and drain.
