Bitcoin cash is rising as an alternative solution for mobile payment issue in China.
The mobile payment market is enormous in China. Mobile transaction value have reached US$942 million and its continually growing at exponential rate. However, the security issue have brought the government attention on mobile payment platform like Alipay & Wechat Pay. The people’s bank of China have introduced regulation for mobile payment in order to halt growing hacking & security issues. The regulation will fully take its effect on April 2018.
After the introduction, Chinese media are spotlighting Bitcoin Cash as an alternative solution.
China.com and DoNews (No.1 IT media in China) have simultaneously released the article saying that Bitcoin Cash is a perfect alternative to those traditional payment platforms. The article emphasis on Bitcoin Cash’s feasibility in mobile payment as it is hack-proof (blockchain), and has very cheap transaction fees.
In addition, Purse.io, one of the biggest intermediary platform connecting Bitcoin and Amazon is going to support Bitcoin Cash. The image file and source code for Bitcoin Cash implementation has been leaked and we are almost certain that Bitcoin Cash will be supported in near future.
