Today should happened another BTC fork on block 498888.
Total coin supply is 21,210,000, of which 210,000 will be pre-mined.
Main advantages:
SBTC will support smart contracts
Lightning network
Zero-knowledge proofs to safeguard privacy ( hiding your wallet address on transactions ? )
Bigger Blocks- expand block size to 8MB
Is this something revolutionary or just another fork to make quick money?
One thing on their site got in my mind "This is just an experiment." so not sure how serious are they, but they seems like they are "listening the community " so maybe they will fix some problems that BTC has as they wrote in their features, I guess we will see.
