$ETH playing with the 3.5k level

$ETH stalled out again what a surprise. Over the last 24 hours it's made a low of 3,432.42 and a high of 3,542.83, it's currently trading for around 3,542.83 on most exchanges. Probably just chop around between 3k-3.5k forever. Anytime it shows any sort of strength it tends to give it all back quickly.
