I am from USA and on one unfortunate day, i transferred ripples to BTC38 exchange. It happened 3 days back. I was trying to get coins back w/o much luck. I am posting the ticket summary below and you can see how they are executing the exchange, only to scam people and w/o helping in withdrawals. I was not successful to withdraw my coins for last 3 days. I will update the status and try to post in every forum about this bad execution of exchange.

Rkpers Rkpers：All my withdrawal requests i was having for last 2 days fail with error: "You reached daily limit". How come i get this error even though i did not have single withdraw so far?? Not nice.
