Buckwheat dumplings

4 cups buckwheat flour steamed 2 cups of hot boiled milk, stir to avoid lumps, add salt.


RUB through a sieve 2 to 3 pounds (1 pound - about 400 grams) of curd grind with 2 eggs and 1 pinch of salt. The mold arms of the rocking chair test, cut it into pieces, of which roll out flat cakes from which to mold the dumplings. Dumplings put in boiling water, boil until cooked, pour hot oil and served with sour cream.
