The Nigerian government is not in the best of luck with the dissemination of power from the Presidency to the embattled Senate. In 2016, President Buhari had passed a total 6.3 trillion naira budget proposal to the national assembly for approval. This bill included fiscal expenses and capital projects. The budget remained unanswered by the end of the year. News media has gathered that President Buhari has prepared a 7.2 trillion naira bill for the year 2017.
