I’m not really sure the context here, but I don’t really have sufficient SP to deal with large scale voting abuse. The most I can do is add or remove around $7.00 with a full 100% upvote or downvote.

I can understand wanting to have the Top 25 posts available in one place; it makes good sense.
BUT... there is such a vast array of interests, topics and tags on steemit. SO, how fair is it to ask which are the best?
What I may find to be the best about gardening, homesteading and thankfulness, others will NOT find interesting or appreciated; and the same goes for technology, understanding cryptocurrency and charts. Others may see these as the best but I may not.
Maybe it should be asked in another way.
ie. Give ten, or even twenty, topics. Then ask for the best in each of those topics and tags.
And I don't mean taking the tags in the trending section. Everyone is after those. Go deeper into sub-categories and tags.
I have NEVER seen homesteading or gardening in the trending tag as being popular... it's not because people are not posting about it.
Heck.. look at the #gratefulvibes tag. Hundreds of people post in it but it never shows up.

I am independent Journalist that has been reporting on the Ukraine War, in anti Kiev- "Rebel" DPR/LPR territory for last almost 4 years( no other Western Journalist has been reporting here as long as me).
I have just been on Steemit for 6 days. I am loving it so far. I am happy to be the first (as far as I can tell) independent War correspondent on Steemit and Dtube. Steemit seems like a great platform with alot of potential to help spread the word on the what is really happening in the Ukraine War & show the War crimes that have been happening in Donbass.
