I think I found a bug in Steemit's reputation system.

This guy has level 11 trust. And all he did was post 2 posts, with no one upvoting him. His reputation score on Steemd.com is only 52,204,057, while mine(Level 7 account) has a reputation of 350,506,578,292,155. He signed up 8 hours ago.

So apparently this guy has around 100x more than the trust score of Stellabelle?

This seems like an obvious bug to me, on Steemit's end. Please take a look, thanks :)

Yeah, it's been posted about. I've recreated it, it happens with new users.

It is cosmetic. As soon as he moves out up or down it will be correct. He has the power of a '1'.

Also on some ISP's it will show correctly. I see a 1. On my phone I see an 11.
