My house seems to be a wasp magnet. I tried to get rid of the nests myself with the store bought stuff but it didn't work. They kept returning and the nests got bigger. Had to call the pest control guy to help out. I would hate to call an exterminator again.
What is a effective DIY method to keep these wasps from nesting on my house during the warmer months? 🐝🐝🐝 🏡 
I've always heard putting a paper bag on a stick and mounting it near the nest will make them think there is another nest in the area and they will vacate. Of course, you can always wait until night and smash their nest as well. :-)

Waiting til night allows all the wasps to return to the nest and they will become inactive and unresponsive, so you'll be able to flatten the nest with much less risk of getting stung. I would try to find a board or something flat so you can smash the whole nest at once, though...don't take any chances!!!
