Minimum bid is 2 SBD, grace period has ended.

We have refunded over 100 users over the last few days as we had to quickly change the minimum bid due to technical problems as result of hundreds of 1 SBD bids abusing the rounding issues with Steem.

We are back to our no refund policy for user errors. If you submitted a request before now, I will still honor it, just speak up on our Discord if we didn't get to you. Anything further than this date, I am sorry we will not be able to refund.

Please make sure of a few things before you submit bids.

• 2 SBD+ is sent
• Use SBD and not STEEM
• Post isn't older than 6 days
• No special characters in the URL (do not type words, and check for # and #comments at the end of the URL)

We are working on a solution that allows us to offer refunds again and still be on the Steem Bot Tracker, but due to how it works, we haven't been able to do so. I will post if we are able to do full refunds again.

The reason we cannot do refunds now is due to how most users use the Steem Bot Tracker to bid based on how many previous bids are in the bid window. They do not know or care that a bid will be refunded due to user error, they will stop bidding when they are not happy with the profitability. This fact is being abused on a lot of bots using shill bids. We also have a prevote club that offers more votes before our vote comes, these votes act regardless if we provided a refund or not. The moment we can start offering refunds without funds being taken due to errors or abuse, we will re-enable them.
