@buildawhale is my promotion bot. I publish the last 24-48 hours of blacklisted users we added to prevent Steemit going from 80% spam to 95%.

Prior I would just report them to SteemCleaners because they should be addressed with the system in place to prevent it (flagging) but there is just too much to deal with and having to flag against paid rewards makes it even harder.
