This construction diary is a detailed description of my house construction in 2013 and I am glad about your questions, your vote and especially a resteeming.

Day 60 /Tag 60

The tile work is now in full swing. I can make the simple cuts, the master himself has to deal with the more complicated ones. This is noisy and dusty.
Die Fliesenarbeiten sind nun in vollem Gange. Die einfachen Schnitte kann ich machen, bei den etwas komplizierteren muß der Meister selber ran. Das ist laut und staubig.

With the cutting machine I manage well after a few flaws and can work for the master very well.
Mit der Schneidemaschine komme ich nach ein paar Fehlschnitten gut zurecht und kann dem Meister sehr gut zuarbeiten.

In the meantime, I always sweep one room after another with the limestone streams from the good marbles of lime. This is really fun to me because it is very fast and I can see a result immediately.
In der Zwischenzeit streiche ich immer wieder einen Raum nach dem anderen mit der Kalkschwemme aus dem guten Marmorsumpfkalk. Das macht mir auch richtig Spaß, da es sehr schnell geht und ich sofort ein Ergebnis sehen kann.

Until the evening we are a good bit ahead.Here the shower with the tricky tile work.
Bis zum Abend sind wir ein gutes Stück vorangekommen.Hier die Dusche mit den verzwickten Fliesenarbeiten.

At around 6:00 pm, the heat pump fails, at least it gives out a cryptic error message. I give these to the maintenance company and they want to come on Monday and fix it. Do not panic, it is normal that the high performance of the screed drying program has to be adjusted internally.
Gegen 18.00 Uhr versagt die Wärmepumpe, zumindest gibt sie noch ein kryptische Fehlermeldung aus. Diese gebe ich an die Wartungsfirma durch und sie wollen dann am Montag kommen und es in Ordnung bringen. Keine Panik, es ist normal, dass durch die hohe Leistung des Estrichaustrocknungsprogrammes etwas intern nachjustiert werden muß.

                Ich finde, man sieht immer mehr, wie aus der Baustelle eine bewohnbare Fläche wird. Ich bin so gespannt, wie es am Ende aussieht.

                Sart man sehr viel Geld, wenn man so viel selber macht oder war das eher deswegen, weil du gerne selber baust und dein eigenes Reich erschaffst?

                Ich würde auch viel selber machen, weil ich es toll finde sowas zu lernen.
                Aber ich glaube, finanziell, wenn man selber gut verdient, ist es wohl sinnvoller, den Fachman ran zu lassen.
                Sowas verschlingt ja doch sehr viele Stunden oder?

                Du glaubst nicht wie oft ich das nun schon beantwortet habe :) Aber gut ich kann ja nicht erwarten dass man alle Posts liest, also nochmal. Ich habe das Haus natürlich bauen lassen, ich habe es bezahlt und die Bauleitung gemacht, daher auch die ganzen Fotos und das Wissen. Selber habe ich das gemacht was ich im Artikel jeweils beschreibe. Die ganzen Außenarbeiten kommen noch und da habe ich wirklich alles alleine gemacht.

                Sorry, kann mir vorstellen das es nervt, wenn jeder 2 dieselbe Frage stellt :)
                Find ich cool, das du so viel selber machst. Finde, wenn man an etwas selber mit gemacht hat, gewinnt es einfach an Wert für einen selbst. Aber das fühlt klar jeder anders.
