Protein is made up of smaller units called amino acids and is essential for repairing damaged cells and building new ones. It’s essential in the building of tissues, muscles and bones, so it’s important to make sure your body has what it needs.

I have heard many vegetarian people saying there is not enough veg. protein sources for us .

So ,these are some best veg. Protein sources for vegetarian people.

  1. Soya beans
    Soybeans are the one of the best sources of protein to eat.

  2. Peanuts
    Peanuts are also known as the good protein sources.

  3. Paneer ( or any dairy products)
    We all knew dairy products are best for building muscles and getting high protein.

  4. Lentils(Masoor dal) , Moong dal and other pulses.
    Almost all the pulses have a high rate of protein, but lentils are one of the high protein sources.

  1. Broccoli
    Broccoli is also a vegetable and considered as a high protein source and also has many fibres in it to make our body healthy.

These are the best plant and dairy based products which are high in protein and helpful to you in building your tissues, muscles and bones strong and healthy.
