What does it take to be a Bully?
Pressure, brute strength, intimidation, arrogance, etc. We can name them on and on but have we oppressed it, like, ever? From one individual to another, I urge you all to think about it for a moment.
Take this for example;
A gang is on to a kid who is all alone.
Or
The kid being jeered upon by his peers because of who they are.
These are cleché scenes we know all too well. But I assure you, the point about Bullying is to be done out of sight and threatened. There is no point in asking the victim to disclose them about the situation. That is a failure. It is even worse when you “claim” you understand them. Now we become the Bully in the only safe haven that the victim has.
Victims tend to feel inferior and small, to the point where he ends up in depression or worse, a “Mental trauma?” They become Shut-ins. Japan is among one of the highest numbers of shut-ins in the world. They are either scared off from their education and remain unemployed.
What would you have done?
Give them time to calm down. Give them your time, even if it takes a whole day. Do kinds of stuff together for petty glory. It is worth a lot in the long run.
Remember,
So help the victims Love Life not Hate them.
Thank you for your time.
