Visiting a Loungers Cafe! 31st JULY, 2024

Hello! I recently went to one of the Loungers Café Bars!

They have roughly 262 sites across the UK.

I've been to a few before and I love going back to them whenever I visit an area with one!

I love their decorations they use. It's very maximalist (a lot of paintings, mirrors etc across the walls and usually a lot of eye catching lamps!). It feels a little retro too? I'm not really sure how to describe it. Busy but not overwhelming? Haha.

It's got such a welcoming and comfortable vibe in there, I find that even if it's busy I feel relaxed because it's so warm inside. I've been to this chain before so the familiarity is also nice to experience!

Luckily they have the option to order via QR code on your phone so I always go with that. They have a really nice menu with a lot of different options that I like/ want to try, but this time I went with:

My initial order was:

My main cost £13.25 which is 79.50 STEEM
My drink cost £6.50 which is 39 STEEM

After the initial order, I ordered another drink & carrot cake:

My drink was £6.50 which is 39 STEEM
My carrot cake was £4.20 which is 25 STEEM

The avocado, chicken and bacon salad was delicious. I'm not sure what kind of salad dressing they used but I really enjoyed that too. I like ordering salad based meals when I go out as it feels light and I don't get too tired after eating it.

Usually when I've gone to these cafe's I tend to get their watermelon iced tea drink, however; the last time I went to one I tried their coconut & pineapple punch mocktail and I am obsessed with them, haha. They're just too tasty!!!

After completely finishing my main, I sat for a bit wondering if I would order more....

So … I ordered another drink (coconut & pineapple punch mocktail) and a slice of carrot cake. (I am obsessed with carrot cake).

Completely finished these too, they were so tasty. I love how fresh the drink is, it wasn't too sweet or sickly either.

I'm looking forward to whenever I stumble across another one of the Loungers Cafe's while I'm out and about, as I know what I'll be getting next time already!
