The Great Barrier Reef of Queensland, Australia along the coast line is a natural phenomenon which leaves everyone with visual images of immense proportions. Its area is equal to 2,300 kilometers (1,430 miles), and it is recognized as the largest coral reef system on our planet, being easily detectable from the space. She has a great diversity of marine life, clean water, and rare coral formations what makes her such destination number one for divers, snorkelers, and nature lovers!
