This is first exercise I am performing which is stationary jogging that I performed with 30 seconds time and with three repetitions and in each repetition I take rest for 5 seconds for relaxing and this is my day one workout I performed.

Jumping Jack is another exercise I performed after stationary jogging and I performed it with 20 second time frame with a rest interval of 5 to 6 seconds and with three repetitions.

Jumping with imaginary rope I also performed it for three repetitions and each repitition I performed for 20 seconds minimum with 5 seconds rest interval after each repetition.

I am performing again stationary jogging at day 2 that I performed with 30 seconds time and with three repetitions and in each repetition I take rest for 5 seconds for relaxing and this is my day one workout I performed.

Jumping Jack is another exercise again at day 2 I performed after stationary jogging and I performed it with 20 second time frame with a rest interval of 5 to 6 seconds and with three repetitions.

Jumping with imaginary rope I also performed again at day 2 with three repetitions and each repitition I performed for 20 seconds minimum with 5 seconds rest interval after each repetition.

My personal experience after performing these exercises

My experience with this exercise is that it can be performed at any place just you should have motivation because after my experience it gets my heart rate up which is important and definitely good for overall health of my heart as well as I also feel that my legs warm up and my breathing rate is also improving which is over all improving my exercise tolerance.

Experience with stationary jogging

My personal experience with this exercise is good because I felt that this is an intense exercise which is involving my whole body and in start I feel increase in heart rate and breathing rate because of rapid involvement of rapid movements of my arms and legs and then I also feel that it can cause sweating and hence excreting out waste materials of body through sweat which is important and it is a sign that you are successful in an exercise.

Experience with jumping jacks

My personal experience with this exercises that was requiring my body coordination and my balance skills and as I have no problem with my coordination and balance then I can perform this exercise and again my heart rate was increasing when I was jumping.

Experience with jumping with imaginery rope

If I write conclusion of my experience then I experience d improvement in my circulation and overall blood pressure. I also feel more energy, increased endurance and increase tolerance exercise with each repetition which means that my respiratory health and cardiovascular health both are getting visible benefits so that's all about my personal experience with all these exercises.

Actually i was feeling much fatigue after some repetitions so again and again I was taking rest for completion for repetitions that why these are my Vitals.
