Profit of Company "Aerodromi Crne Gore" reached 10 million EUR, which is a double figure, compared to last year profit of 5,16 million EUR.
In 2018, Airports in Montenegro had 2,45 million passengers, which is increase of 12,4% and 14.731 airplane, which is increase of 6,5%. Currently, from Montenegro airports in Podgorica and Tivat, one can fly directly to 30 countries and 68 destinations. There is a public discussion regarding concession of the airports, and published profit is in line with the people that would like to avoid concession for airports.
Figures for 2018 confirm that airports have increased number of passengers Y/Y globally.
In the region, last year was announced concession for Belgrade Airport, which had 5,6 million passengers in 2018.
