Ms. Jiang Yu, the founder of Z-Run WellTon Industry CO., want to invest in Kumrovec, in health and spa tourism. She is impressed by Josip Broz Tito birthplace, and plans to invite Chinese tourists to the area.
Kumrovec is situated close to terme Tuhelj and terme Olimpia in Slovenia, and there are premises that could be re-constructed as hotel, to improve tourism offer in the area. Hotel Zagorje, that is existing, is on sale, and Jiang Yu sees it as starting place for investment.
