Moral principles in business is key things to build your customers database. People before use your service or buy product, need to see that you share the same believes. They need to see common things between you and they internal world. That business which hold strong moral principles, is branded itself as trusted source of product or service. People always look for something what integrate with they internal world and all of us understand the value of principles and trust. Everyone of us want to see strong pattern of business making, such as keeping the word, trusting in performance and reputation of the brand. It is difficult to build, but over the years it start working for you. If you have strong principles and you internally 100% sure in your business uniqueness and perfection, then you are strong brand. The truth of reality you know about it and difficult to lie yourself if you know it for 100%. Integrity of the processes is usually rewarded with the money to support this processes. It is when you sell and other people buy. They know you, they recommend you, they trust you. That is what I call integrity of processes...when everyone needs each other.
