In this article, I'll help you with 5 common interview questions that might really increase your confidence in your preparation and should improve the chances of acceptance. Let's dig them together:
1- Tell me about yourself! (Or can you please introduce yourself?)
I remember when I first asked this question to my friend in-joke and he replied: "My name is Ali, I am from XYZ country, I was born in XYZ hospital" Lol!! WTH!
You're supposed to be formal in this conversation and try to be precise. You just need to tell them your name and maybe your country too, and then you should start telling them about your education briefly. If they ask you the details, then politely tell them that you've included everything in the CV and he can read from that. In this conversation, you must leave your ego in the refrigerator and just ignore whatever you find annoying. They ask such questions to check if you're sensible enough or not.
2- Why do you want to work in our Company?
Again, you need to keep your sentences short but effective because usually the time periods of interviews are small and you must give the interviewer an opportunity to consider you for the job.
You need to tell him all the relevant works you've done in the past and include why you want to work here with them. If possible, show the pieces of evidence of whatever you say. If you're applying for C# programming language coding work, then use some languages that how you've worked with IEnumerators, Coroutine and some function codes. But just take care of one thing, don't be over-smart. Your answer should contain 3-4 lines only and no more than that (except when necessary).
3- Where do you see yourself five years from now?
In other words, the interviewer is asking and trying to know what are your expectations for future and whether or not you have some big goals to achieve or just want to stuck in the same position. Some people do jobs just for the sake of passing time and they don't care the quality of their work. That's why the interviewer is trying to know your level of interest.
You should explain your work experience and give enough reasons before answering the main question. Like "Considering my skills of C#, I am sure that I can work for the success of this company with great pace and that's why I expect that I might get hired as a manager in this Company once I prove myself to everyone"
4- What is your salary expectation?
This is one of the most commonly asked questions in the interviews. The question is very easy to answer but if you tell them that you expect $100,000 per month salary when you already know that your work is worth no more than $3,000 per month, then consider getting yourself kicked out!
Just be realistic. If you're not sure, then do preparation to answer this question like look for the people who do similar work and try to know what such people receive as a salary. The amount varies with each country, so make sure that those people are also from the same country or else the amount of salary might be misleading.
5- What is the key to success for a good player?
Ask yourself, what can be the key to success of such people? Well, it's focus and communication skills, and ability to form the team and balancing all of them. In short, you can say that "the good moral behavior, communication skills, network building quality and dedication towards the work with patience, are the keys to success for a good player".

If you have any good examples to cite from your real life, then consider doing so because that's usually the last question by the interviewer, and remember! The last impression is the pasting experience. The ending conversation of your interview is what's going to determine your destiny!
To keep everything short, the best tactic is to keep the sentences short but full of meanings. That will make the interviewer think that you're the wise person and don't like to keep talking just to explain how good you are. I think a reasonable amount of humour, introduced by the interviewee is also a good idea - it can subtly show the prospective employer that you have the ability to handle stress (the interview) without losing your cool. I totally agree with the 5 things you wrote above. Because it seems that at the end everyone will trust the business as a worthy life stick. In my last post in the corporate world, one of my tasks is to do the final interview for entry-level posts in our account. These are the things I would look for in the answers to the five questions above:
Q1- How personable is the applicant and what are the things about him he values.
Q2- The applicant has a good understanding of the post and the company
Q3- Understanding the personal timelines of the candidate for his career goals,and being transparent on what the company can offer.
Q4- A measure on how much the applicant see his worth.
Q5- We don't normally ask this as it is there could be a million varying answers which could all be true. A variation would be asking about a specific situation.
Unless the applicant is a known person in his/her industry, or personally knows the interviewer, the job interview is the only time an applicant can showcase himself to the hiring manager. Make the most of it.
