I know people are unique, and there will always be a difference between people with a lower standard, and people on higher positions. Talking money wise of course. But the fact, that the superiors exploit their position is and will for me always be unacceptable.

As you may find out from my previous posts I am a very open person. I try to be available if someone needs my help, and I will give them a hand, an advice or just a minute of my time to listen to them. So that's why it's not a rare sight if you see someone stop by me, and just have a random talk about any topic, even if I have loads to do.

That's why I don't understand some, who are in leading positions, always busy, very unapproachable, but yet they hold all the threads in their hands. Not to mention, that they don't even know what people beneath them are really doing, what are their tasks. So they don't value all the good deeds people are doing, but on the other hand, can bring up at any time the only little mistake people do and rub it in.

For me, this kind of people shouldn't be in leading positions, but they should go and educate themselves how to be a positive leader, who can use also a carrot, and not just a stick... I know my situation is not as dark as I described above, but I can't stand how cruel can people be without any reasonable doubts toward people below them.

I know I wrote a few words, without being specific, but general disappointment reaching a peak in this week just needed to came out from me and my mind. Hope you don't have such people around you, and you are treated in a way you should be. A week full of ups and downs for others is starting to affect me. Grr... I'm hardly waiting a Friday afternoon... Only three more days... Good night all.
