Have you ever had an encounter with that one customer who does not just know that it is time to stop talking.
You might just have that customer who will take your time and end up purchasing little or nothing at the end of the day.
Now the question is, how do you handle customers like this? Here are tips to guide you on making such people a noble customer:

The first thing to note is that, as much as you want to send these people away, you must also bear in mind that if you are able to provide a good service, they may become your most loyal customer, and this means you will have to treat them with much respect and love as you will treat others.

  • You have to pay attention to that customer and meet his or her needs as much as you can.

*Be as honest as you can.

  • Ensure you remain the driving force within the conversation, this makes the customer even feel more comfortable around you.

  • As difficult as it may seem, try to have an open mind with the customer.
    These customers are known to come back over and over again if you treat them right, so ensure to act right with them.
