They need more time and energy dedicated to what they do best
They should feel confident with an encouraging direction, not held back
CUSTOMERS DESERVE PROPER MINDFULNESS IN THE CUSTOMER’S EXPERIENCE.
They deserve something of value, an increasingly mastered experience
They need more transparency in what you want of them and why
They should feel they trust you because you hear them and help them in a logical way
Overall, business should be more human and truly helpful to everyone.
