So, you want to write content that’s awesome and gets you boatloads of views while increasing your credibility and authority, pushing your business up a little bit more every single day? That’s awesome, but what if you’re really creating content that makes people’s eyes glaze over with complete boredom before the scroll onto the next one?

There are no guarantees in life, but here’s what you can do to ensure that you’re writing content that gets you no results whatsoever. Or: what not to do if you ever want people to love what you write.

Skip research: Why bother? Research is boring, and you know that nobody’s going to read this. Especially when there are so many other awesome writers with huge blogs on the same thing. Might as well just churn out something just for the search engines. Bingo, done.

Just write: You don’t need to know what questions people are asking, or what keywords they’re using. All of that’s just junk. You have amazing ideas, and if you write it down, they will come.

Cut those corners: There’s no point putting effort into something that nobody’s gonna read. A short paragraph or two will cover this. Perhaps something a bit longer if you have a lot to say. Just get it out there, right?

Post a lot: The more content you have, the more SEO you get, the more traffic you get. Churn, baby, churn! Put them out like machine gun posts with a social media blitz for each one!

Of course, these are all terrible ideas: but you can see the results in so many places online. Make them yourself, and you will be successful at creating content nobody wants to read. So, what do you REALLY want to do?
