4 Steps to help you tackle a HUGE project

If you are like me, at the beginning of the year, you have set major goals for your business and those goals probably resulted in BIG projects that need to be completed. Here are 3 steps you can use to tackle any LARGE undertaking.

STEP 1: FOCUS
Write down all of the things you need to get accomplished relating to the project.

STEP 2: PRIORITIZE
Take all the items from the step above and rank them in order of priority.

STEP 3: MAP IT OUT
Now that you know what you need to do and which items are most important, write out a game plan of how you are going to get each item done.

STEP 4: SCHEDULE
Schedule the time to get everything done. If it is on your calendar and the time is set aside for the task to get done, the likelihood of you completing the task is high!
