My mentor Dan Kennedy make special emphasis on one of his books about being committed to our customers...

I want to share these 9 questions with you, so you will be able to grade yourself how committed you are to your customers...

Please, read carefully each question:

1- Are you real with your customers?
2- Are you telling them the truth?
3- Are you knowledgeable and competent?
4- Are you appropriate for them?
5- Do you listen to them?
6- Can they rely on you?
7- Do they understand enough what you are going to do for them?
8- Are they making the best choice?
9- Are they paying a fair price for your services?

I encourage you to think deeply and answer to yourself (with honesty) each of these questions...

At the end, you will know exactly what you need to improve in your relationship with your clients.

Thank me later,

Great points, would definitely help a business owner deal with their customers.

Yes, it has helped me and my husband in our business, specially for customer retention. You know, it's easier and less expensive to keep the same customers than get new ones.

These are great questions that every business owner should be asking. Thanks for sharing these! Another question I always ask myself is if I'm providing the highest quality item (or service) that I am able to give. Sometimes in the hustle and bustle of our busy lives, quality takes a back seat to quantity. But it's always good to remember that great quality is what will bring customers back time and time again.

Absolutely agree with you. (Quality over quantity) That wins all the time!
