Telegram Registers With Russian Government But Won’t Give Up User Data

SUMMARY OF THE NEWS 

One week ago Russian Government announced that they are going to ban using the "Telegram" app. People raised their voices against this nasty decision. Then after one week another amazing story was reveled -  Pavel Durov , founder of the Telegram, registered his company with Russian Government as they can operate legal business in Russia. But, Pavel Durov said that they won't give up any user data to the Russian Government.
