Did you ever notice you got temper whenever somebody uses mobile while you talk? not only you, everybody dislikes when listener uses mobile. It's a neglecting sign. Never use a mobile unless it is related to mobile or speaker asked to use it.
I do see many college going people texting under the desks when they are in classes. What is the urgent? Emergency is different, but if you are doing this normally, it's not normal, you have a careless attitude for the eyes of speaker.
In business or other important meetings, don't use or text while others talking.
Switch-off your phone, if you are unable to do due to any other important call or text may come, put the mobile in silent on table or in your pocket.
Try this next time when you meet somebody, he/she will feel good about you, and the conversation will go much better than before. And even imagine how you feel when others don't touch their phones when you are talking to them?
This has huge power even if it seems little thing. No, it is a good habit and good power.
