Hi again, previously from the last post I talked briefly about Amazon FBA, and in this post, I want to talk more about retail arbitrage and online arbitrage.

You may have heard people saying retail arbitrage is dead. Well is not entirely true because I know people who do arbitrage for their living and they are doing pretty decent.
The reason why I recommend retail or online arbitrage is because this business model is a low-risk business model.
Why is it a low-risk business model?
The reason is very simple, you don’t have to buy tons of items that might not sell and even if it doesn’t sell you can always return or keep it yourself.
I have seen lots and lots of people starting with Private Label and failed. As the result, they have tens and hundreds of boxes in their garage. And if you are just starting out and don’t know what you are doing. Most likely you will be also the one who has those boxes in your garage.
So this is why it is very important to start with the low-risk business model. You need to learn how Amazon works and need to figure out what really sells.
Next time, I will share what I used to sell and what was my net profit of the items.
