I want to start off by saying Paragon Honda Service Center IS THE WORSE SERVICE CENTER EVER!!!
I went to Paragon Honda dealership back in 2013, to buy a car which I ended up purchasing a 2006 Honda Accord. A few weeks later while driving, it sounded as if a helicopter was following me. Called Paragon Honda, they told me to bring the car back in. Come to find out, the noise was coming from wear and tear of the tires which I ONLY had for a couple of weeks. I still had warranty so they replaced my tires which took over 4 hours. About 1 year after, one of those tires had to be replaced AGAIN.
After that, about 6 months later I serviced my car there for an oil change which took about 3-4 hours long.
May of 2016, I serviced my car there AGAIN so it can be checked out completely... I specifically said "take a look at my entire car (which they did a multi point inspection) and whatever needs to be done...let me know and I will get it done today!" They took 3 hours (I had an appointment) just to check my car out and called me and advised me all that needed to be done (oil change, transmission fluid and coolant exchange system)...spent over $500.
June 2016, just a couple weeks later, my passenger window and back windows will NOT OPEN and there's a rattling noise coming from under the dashboard. Called Paragon Honda and they said to bring it in AGAIN...I haven't had the time to go in yet (I live in Brooklyn and this place is in Queens).
It is NOW, July 2016, and my car is OVERHEATING which I thought was part of the service done to my car back in May 2016 and is written on the paperwork. I actually think that when my car is being serviced there, they are intentionally creating other problems in order for me to come back and spend more money. I called Paragon Honda very upset and I was hung up on, called back and was transferred around numerous times for an hour just to speak to a manager regarding my complaints and concerns. As I am writing this review, I still have yet to speak with a manager from Paragon Honda as if a manager doesn't exist there.
I advise that NO ONE go there for their crappy service. I've finally learned my expensive lesson. I will stick with what I know and what I know is THIS PLACE SUCKS; not just there service on cars but customer service as well. Don't take my word for it; call them right now and ask for a manager and I bet you'll never get to speak to one, however you'll get to know the agents from the scheduling dept. (they are the ones answering the calls).
