Do you come up with a title for your posts first, and then write them? I always seem to choke when I do that. So, I'll do this one the other way...
I am part of a community that is also centered around a business. We have been together for over 10 years, building the business and getting to know each other. We are an international business, with many people committed to service, as an expression of their faith in a higher power and in the beauty and value of this world and it's people.
We struggle daily, with the normal feelings and thoughts with which everyone here on earth struggles. As a commitment to our business, which is our purpose, we do our best to respond to those feelings wisely and with care. Yet there are times when one or more of us gets overwhelmed by our feelings and thoughts, and we take them out on each other. That is no different than the way the rest of the world works. We all go through life being affected by these things we call feelings or emotions, not to mention thoughts, clueless as to what to do with them or how to respond to them.
We all muddle through somehow. Learning what we can. Growing. I am proud to be a part of this amazing community of people. I watch them struggle with life, with death, illness, poverty, addiction... The list is endless. And yet we keep coming back, committed to our business, committed to changing the way the world does things.
We are committed to making a difference in our own lives, and then in the lives of others. We want to see the world of our dreams come into view in our lifetime; a world where everyone is safe, has enough to eat, shelter to sleep in, an education and hope for a future that is worth living. We will each do something different with our lives. We will each follow our own inner guidance. But together, with you, we are creating a new world.
Sometimes the only gift anyone can give is to listen, to smile, to bless. But that is often the biggest gift of all--love.
A wonderful job at writing. Hope to see more of your writings in the near future. Great job!!

My way to write is:
I awake in the middle of the night and there it is....
I always run to my computer not to forget.
That is my moment of inspiration.
