Honesty is the most fundamental value in support of the success of the company. Honesty should be directed at all parties, both internal and external to the enterprise. If this honesty principle can be held by the company, it will be able to increase the confidence of the corporate environment. There are three scope of business activities that can be shown clearly that businesses will not survive long and successful if not based upon honesty. First, be honest in the fulfillment of the terms of the agreement and contracts. Second, the honesty in the supply of goods or services with the quality and the price is comparable. The principle of Justice
The company must be fair to the parties that are related to the business system. For example, a fair wage to the current match his contribution, the same service to consumers, and others, demanded that everyone be treated equally in accordance with the rules of a fair and rational, objective criteria, and can accountable.
The principle of respect for yourself
Established respect for yourself in business ethics principles regarding actions passed away back to the business itself. In certain business activities to the community is a mirror of the self the businesses concerned. But if businesses contribute to society, the society gave the same response. Conversely, if the business provides an unpleasant image then society would not have passion to the business in question. But if the company wanted to give managers respect the honor against the company, then go for the respect of the parties concerned either directly or indirectly.
