DON’T HATE ON BILL GATES AND JEFF BEZOS
The richest men in the world do not prevent the poorest 3.6 billion from moving up.
The super-rich don’t want half the world to stay super poor. When people move up on the income ladder, everyone benefits. It is stupid to think billionaires want to hold others down to a $1 a day. It’s equally dumb to believe that the riches of the super rich somehow hold back poor people from getting out of poverty.
HERE’S THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER
More important than assigning who or what is to blame for income and wealth inequality is what you are going to do about your money.
Wealthy people are not the reason poor people have no money. The wealthy didn’t get to where they are because they are better educated, because many of the super-rich started from nothing.
Wealth disparity is not anybody’s problem. The problem is that most people don’t know how to produce income in the marketplace.
RICH GUYS
Bill Gates and Steve Jobs both quit college and started businesses in garages, without the help of banks. They were in a search of doing something extraordinary. The difference between the rich and the poor is significant, and the disparity goes far beyond just wealth. There is a monster gap in their actions, their thinking and their persistence to see things through.
Here are some things I have found from studying wealthy people:
#1 The Rich Don’t Protest or Go Boycotting, They Produce—Super wealthy people invest time, energy and efforts and producing products and services that people want and need.
#2 The Rich Don’t Blame Others and Point Fingers—Instead, they point money, people, and efforts toward moving their targets forward.
#3 The Rich Think in Abundance, not in Scarcity—Poor people always think in limits and the very wealthy just don’t think in shortages.
I promise you that the rich would like nothing more than to see all income and wealth levels improve their financial conditions.
You can protest the rich, you can blame them, and you can be angry at them, but there is no proof anywhere in history that these actions will somehow resolve the disparity issue.
The richest men in the world do not prevent the poorest 3.6 billion from moving up.
