Update
TOYCARD is now under new ownership and all assets have been transferred to @georgeknowsall.
Greetings, as new owner of this project (been with it since the beginning) I want to let everyone know there are not going to be any big changes. I can say this with 100% certainty because, well, the project was a real mess. This was NOT because of the people involved but because the original concept was TOYCARD would be decentralized with no actual employees. That experiment didn't work.
My vision going forward for TOYCARD is very simple, start small and work on one thing at a time. My first priority will be going over the few assets which is mostly HIVE/STEEM accounts and a few of the games on those platforms.
These are my 2 main goals for getting TOYCARD up and running.
Goal #1 - Posting 2-3 times a week about our core content of trading cards and toys.
Goal #2 - Creating content for YouTube and Twitch. These will be far more difficult cause currently this is a one man operation and there are only so many hours in a day.
The YouTube and Twitch followers is key as it will allow us to start offer various products for sell. The main product is box/pack breaks.
A typical box break for Pokemon would consist of 11 or so spots depending on the set. Those spots would be offered for sell and when all have sold the box would be opened on Twitch live. The spots would be randomized to give you your type (fire, grass, water etc) then all the packs would be opened and you'd get each pokemon of the type you was assigned. There are lots of variation on this and it can be done with sport cards also.
Picked this up a few weeks ago from Deriums Pokemon from one of their Mystery PSA Charizard bags. Would have liked getting a PSA 10 but very happy with the PSA 9.
