It is a system of systems , engineered with an objective of availing services to clients in exchange for value.
What are the major components of a business system??
They include, but not limited to ; Research, Management, Marketing, Procurement, Estate/Utilities, Accounts, Human Resources etc.
Who Drives the business Systems??
Various Directors , but coordinated by a Board, headed by a Chairman.
How is a business system adjudged Successful??
By sustainable deliverance of quality services/products to clients at competitive, but affordable costs in a socially peaceful environment.
How is a business financed??
Various: principally by equity of Directors,loans from financial institutions, government grants, donations etc.
As an Enterpreneur/ Consultant, what would you amend in the Soliloquy as done above ??
