To be successful, you don't really need the ability to do, but what you need is the ability to get it done.
Let me explain what I mean by that.
Often times, people won't attempt something and they'll shy away from it because they are not good in that particular area.
Well, you don't have to be good in a certain area. You have to be good at simply getting it done; which means even if it's something you cannot do, you need to make sure you know someone who can do it, who is excellent at it.
All you have to do is to be able to get it done. You don't have to necessarily do it yourself. And if you get it done, it's done!
If you run a company or an organization, people often won't know who's doing it; all they know is the company gets it done.
You have to be able to get it done without excuse to be successful. Make sure you're around doers who can do it so you can get it done.
