Any buskers out there? The great adventure is approaching!

Making music for a living while working on greater plans and the big success mission... The plan is coming together. My girl and I will be touring Southern Europe during the winter, getting ready to play music for people on the street to pay for food and gas on the road as soon as spring hits.

It's marvellous to hear all the busker stories from our friends we met on our journeys. All of them are telling us that it's working for them, that for years they have played music on the streets and that it has always been enough. One of them said: "It works. I have an apartment too. You just have to get going and the rest will take care of itself..."

So the first few months of the tour will be used to get our song repertoire together, to perfect what we want to play for people and to even write our own songs to present on the streets. Then we'll hit the tourist areas of Southern Europe and even play for food, why not ;)

We'll have everything we need with us in our camper van, basic electricity for the laptop and the mobile recording studio (laptop + digitakt) and our instruments, a bed, each other and a lot of longing for finding a place we feel more resonant. The new homebase for the next decades if you will. Full universe-mode. Neither of us know where we will end up nor where that place is but we are longing to find it. Anywhere...

Having been performers and musicians for years we feel it will be a great awesome adventure, finding out who we are and what we can bring to people, where we will arrive and how it will all play out after we took the courageous jump from the matrix that is about to implode, slowly, oer the coming years.

Needless to say there are a million scary reasons not to do it as our egos do their best to come up with new arguments to not take the jump. But ultimately this will all pass as well as we are getting ever closer to our departure date and finally leave.

Curious to know: Do any of you have busking experience on the streets? And if so what type of equipment do you recommend for it? Have you played with amplification or always unplugged?

Can't wait to get going! New success stories want to be written and many of our impressions will probably end of on steem one way or another <3 Now, off to getting untangled even more before we'll go. YAY <3

when you get to the South of Spain, let me know thats where I am xx

Awesome!!!Might be a while as we're starting out to the South-East of Europe but hey, you know how these things can change quickly, especially if there is no fixed plan or destination really.

If we do get to Spain you will get an amazing visit, count on it. And a big-ass hug. <3
