My Passion: Event Management and Protocol

What a joy to share one of my passions!
Receive a big SteemPlanetarios hug and let's start this conversation.

Today I come to tell you something that runs through my veins in a natural way, something that with only a few ideas I am able to develop with my eyes closed, obtaining very good results and guaranteed satisfaction.... yes, as it is, everything flows in such a way that the result is one of complete joy for those who ask me for support, as for the assistants and most importantly, for myself.

It is a passion that became my most beloved profession, with which I have toured many stages, supporting many hosts and organizers to make this idea of an event come true.

I talk to you about Event Management, for me a passion that ignites all my engines. It is about knowing the expectations of people who want to make an event, from the simplest to the most sophisticated or demanding, taking me through social, civil, institutional, business, military, ecclesiastical events and stop counting.... hahahaha you tell me what do you want to do, how much budget do you have? and I'll make it happen.

I am convinced that the Event Management and the International Protocol found me, were born with me and have grown as I have, I recognize that in each event I learn much more, because each event requires a Pre, Development, Post and Evaluation. So there is no way not to learn in every event a new teaching that in itself will bring implicitly. For more than twenty years I have been working in different scenarios, which is why it is so natural for me to be able to deal with the challenges that may arise.

It often happens that people consider that setting up an event is an everyday occurrence, that it is not necessary to ask for the support of a specialist, why spend money hiring someone? if what we are going to do is a common party, or a forum, or the celebration of marriage or divorce... and we lose sight of all that can be done in terms of events...

Well, friends, improvisation always brings a queue, so many times during the event there are unexpected details that have escaped the view of the hosts and the attendees or guests begin to notice it.

It will never be superfluous to ask for the guidance, guidance and professional execution of an Event Specialist when it comes to making sure that what you want to do goes as well as possible and with the satisfaction guarantee that you deserve.

Among the needs of an event is the need to have a team of protocol guides or aides, who are responsible for covering the details that arise in the development of the programming.

These people must be prepared or have received prior instruction that guarantees their performance, and it is also vital that they know all the characteristics of the event so that they can be active participants in every moment of the program.

They are generally wonderful people who enjoy being truly involved in the development of events, and working side by side for the best results.

And such is the synergy that is born in those teams that forge such strong friendships that neither time nor distance can fracture it.

If I had to explain my passion to an alien, I would take him by the hand and invite him to follow me, because I know that by example he will find it very easy to understand and get involved to support positive execution.

Thank you dear friend @anomadsoul for opening this participation window. Both add up in the development of the initiatives presented on the Steemit platform in favour of those of us who wish to express and contribute knowledge for the benefit of more readers.

Thank you friends for taking a few minutes to read these lines that reflect one of the riches that life has given me to fill my days with joy and be useful to other people.

I will be happy to know your expectations, and if you have any questions about events I am happy to answer them.

With all my love

@abeba
