A noble person is nourished but not fed up, looking for a quiet place without demanding comfort, knows how to share but avoids competition

A noble person appreciates justice, the common man appreciates what benefits him.

A noble person must be slow to start talking and quick to act

A noble person helps the needy, does not make the rich even richer.

A noble person is the result of the balance between nature and culture. When nature prevails over culture, you have a savage; when culture prevails over nature, you have a pedant. If it is true that nature helps, culture favors noble men and women.

A noble person is tolerant and free; A mediocre man is always full of anxiety and fear.

A noble person seeks harmony, but not conformism. A common man, seeks conformism, but not harmony.
It is easy to work for a noble being, but it is not easy to please him. If you try to indulge him with immoral acts, he will not be pleased; but never ask for anything that is beyond your capacity. It is not easy to work for an ordinary man, but it is easy to please him. Try to please him, even with an immoral procedure, and he will be pleased; but their demands know no limits.

A noble being shows authority, but not arrogance. A common man shows arrogance, but not authority.
Not always noble beings achieve the fullness of humanity. Petty men never achieve it.

A noble being aspires to benevolence, a common man aspires to material goods.

A noble being knows how to educate his people, knows how to maintain his position in some conversation and is able to situate himself in society.
