Culture is an action and that action can be negative or positive of the whole society as a whole. The great empires have imposed their culture on the sovereign and humble peoples. They have been transcultured to such a degree that the same humble peoples end up deculturizing themselves, losing their own culture and end up defending that culture that dominates and oppresses them.
However, at the end of 2012 and the beginning of 2013 until the present, education and culture in Venezuela has been manifesting an extravagant phenomenon, associated with the economy and this conditions and influences the way of life of the Venezuelan citizen, transforming this in a selfish, arrogant human being, a fishmonger and a harnesser of circumstances to trample on the neighbor, his companion many times of his whole life. This is happening in the Venezuelan culture.
It reflects the negative or positive action of man in his historical evolution. If we go further, education has suffered a setback regarding the education of the educator. Today in Venezuela we have in schools, colleges and universities, fortnightly educators and ticket vendors, but not educators committed to the development of learning for children, adolescents and adults. It is unfortunate but I have encountered very damaging experiences in educational institutions.
The child is a being, who from the womb of his mother, becomes an individual open to knowledge, to learning. Ask educators, inquire: how do I educate, how do I teach? Because it depends on who will be the educators of the future.
