Recently Russian scientists created such nuclear batteries. That will last for 100 years! Besides, 10x stronger batteries than conventional batteries, from the pacemaker used to treat cardiovascular disease, and the Mars mission can be used up to the space station.
The concerned scientists claim that the battery generated by nuclear power can be used from permanent pacemakers to space exploration. It can also be used in everyday work. The battery used the electron and positrion radiation. So without harm, the battery can be placed inside the human body!
