16 killed in India flyover collapse
A built flyover collapsed in Uttar Pradesh, India. At least 16 people were killed in it. More than fifty people are feared to be buried under the collapse of the collapse. As a result, the number of deaths seems to increase further. The accident happened on Tuesday in Uttar Pradesh's Varanasi Cantonment Railway Station area.
Around 6 pm, the two pillars of the flyover collapsed together, and a huge concrete slab was lying on the ground. In this, the vehicles and people under it are buried. Most of the victims are construction workers.
The administration started fast rescue after the accident. Five teams of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) arrived at the scene. The police also took part in rescue operations.
Keeping in mind the state Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's rescue operation
State Health Minister Siddharthnath Singh told reporters that Deputy Chief Minister Keshubprasad Maurya and Minister Nilkant Tiwari ordered to be taken to the spot. He has ordered the fast-tracked people to be rescued.
