Loyalty = Profession , why loyalty can give you lot of money this days??

It is quite hard to understand what Einstein says in his words, try to be valuable and not someone succeeds
I want to talk about my personal experience that I think everyone can take with him to life.

First of all we define the concept value - value is anything that can satisfy our needs and the more rare it has more value (like Bitcoin about - provides a unified list that all agree on and can not be forged and therefore is rare and valuable)

Einstein's value in and of itself was the very fact that he was a great physics genius who contributed to the development of technology for many mankind. His high ability in relation to other people gave him such great value

Why was it important for Einstein to say this sentence?
Einstein actually does not say "Do not be successful"
What Einstein is trying to say is that success is to give value to yourself in relation to others a built-in value that can not be taken (like example money that can actually be taken)
People sometimes define success in such misleading terms - how much money do you earn?
What do people think of me?

I'm going to talk about the concept of honesty
Honesty is a valuable thing today, if you are an honest person you are actually in a place that Einstein said
Why?
It meets both criteria, people are looking for honest people, and it's a rare thing today.
What happened to me (I do not define myself as a complete saint of course)
I found myself being courted by jobs because people were able to recognize the element of credibility in me, I know because those people who chose to hire me told me that.

From this we can conclude that loyalty is a profession that is wanted today and it is possible to make a living from it with dignity. (How respectfully? No number lol)

קודם כל בא נגדיר את המושג ערך - ערך הוא כל דבר שיכול לספק לנו את צרכינו וככל שהדבר יותר נדיר כך יש לו יותר ערך (כמו ביטקוין בערך- מספק רשימה מאוחדת שכולם מסכימים עליה ואי אפשר לזייף אותה ולכן היא נדירה ובעלת ערך)

הערך של איינשטיין בפני עצמו היה עצם היותו גאון פיזיקה אדיר שתרם לאנושות רבות בפיתוח הטכנולוגיה, היכולת הגבוה שלו ביחס לאנשים אחרים היא זו שנתנה לו ערך גדול כל כך

מדוע לאיינשטיין היה חשוב להגיד את המשפט הזה?
איינשטיין בעצם לא אומר "אל תהיה מוצלח"
מה שאיינשטיין מנסה להגיד הוא שהצלחה היא לתת ערך לעצמך ביחס לאחרים ערך מובנה שאי אפשר לקחת (כמו כסף לדוגמה שאותו דווקא כן אפשר לקחת )
אנשים מגדירים הצלחה לפעמים במושגים מוטעים כגון - כמה כסף אתה מרוויח?
מה אנשים חושבים עלי?

אני הולך לדבר על המושג יושר
יושר הוא דבר בעל ערך היום, אם אתה אדם ישר אתה בעצם נמצא במקום שאיינשטיין אמר
למה?
זה עונה על שני הקריטריונים, אנשים מחפשים אנשים ישרים, וזה דבר נדיר היום.
מה שקרה לי (אני לא מגדיר את עצמי כצדיק גמור כמובן)
מצאתי את עצמי מחוזר על ידי מקומות תעסוקה בגלל שאנשים הצליחו לזהות בי את אלמנט האמינות, אני יודע זאת בגלל שאותם אנשים שבחרו להעסיק אותי אמרו לי את זה.

מכאן ניתן להסיק שנאמנות היא מקצוע מבוקש כיום ואפשר להתפרנס ממנה בכבוד . (כמה בכבוד? לא מספר lol )
