Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office requests Netherlands to collect voice samples from Saakashvili

The Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office wants to collect voice samples from Mikheil Saakashvili, the Movement of New Forces leader and former Georgian president, for a criminal investigation in Ukraine. They are asking Dutch law enforcement agencies to cooperate and help with the collection of samples.

"Several days ago, we sent an international legal mandate to the Netherlands requesting that the Dutch authorities collect voice samples from Saakashvili,"

Ukrainian Deputy Prosecutor General Yevhen Yenin told Interfax-Ukraine in an interview.

The Dutch side would do it independently

- Yenin also said.

"Yes, certainly, it's his right. And if he refuses, it will once again dispel Saakashvili's myth that he is ready to cooperate with law enforcement agencies,"

Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko claims that Saakashvili was paid $0.5 million for his activities in Ukraine by businessman Serhiy Kurchenko, who is currently in exile to Russia, and presented an audio recording in support of his claim. Saakashvili claims that he is not acquainted with Kurchenko. Saakashvili's associate David Sakvarelidze states that the published recordings had been doctored and he was planning to submit them for an expert evaluation abroad.
On February 12, 2018, Saakashvili was deported back to Poland.
According to the latest reports, Saakashvili is in the Netherlands, where his family resides.

"Next I will be moving all over Europe and doing politics,"

Says Ex-President of Georgia and the leader of Ukraine's opposition political party "Movement of New Forces".

Can he be arrested?

He has been arrested several times but released immediately. He is regarded as criminal in Georgia, Ukraine and Russia. So the answer to your question would be most correct if stated by this way:
Theoriticaly YES, Practically NO.

No justice.

For who? For Saakashvili or for the Society?

That is a good question :)

@whitecollar - as @photogeek wrote, all attempts to imprison him were failed.
See my other (previous post) where Russian General (Ethnic Georgian, former Georgian official) Giorgadze is threating to kill Saakashvili.

Possibly this is the sole method to stop him.

If assassinated, it would be obvious who gave the order. That is not easy therefore. Georgian's do not want him imprisoned in Georgia as it would make him a political prisoner and even more hero. He is a tough figure, a very dangerous weapon in the hands of those, who lobby him. As I believe it is the west.

Thanks :)
