Hi Clive, you are completely right... I'd also add that when learning a language, there is also another factor affecting your learning curve. English is not my first language, I learned it long time ago, but my feeling is that when I reached the point where I could get the message across, my learning got stuck. People do not correct me anymore, probably because they don't want to make me feel bad, or just to allow communication to flow... so improving becomes more and more difficult. That's why I decided to write in english here in Steemit... as a challenge to upgrade my english skills, hope the message still gets across!!
