Hello steemians friends, considering the lack of stability of many countries, leads to reflect on the real reasons that originate them. Countries with few physical resources, but with large human resources, face the vicissitudes that arise and resolve them, through the participation of volunteers and contracted, in a peremptory time. And yet, many countries with immense resources, with appearances of stability, neglect the economic, political and social variables. When they exceed the limits of borders, they enter into crisis and are incapable in a short time of stabilizing them, because they often ignore the origin and are impotent, to encourage the will of citizens, to solve problems.

In Latin America and the Caribbean, most of the political parties are mainly concerned with developing policies, to denounce and neutralize efforts of other awnings, in order to establish a wide gap, which allows them to win new elections with appreciable advantages.
